Ring Group

Purpose​

This component functions similarly to the Ringall strategy in a queue, where all the extensions in the group ring simultaneously when a call is received.

Parameters​

  • Extensions: The extensions that the call will be simultaneously routed to.

  • Timeout (sec): The duration (in seconds) that the extensions will ring.

Please note that call recording is not directly or indirectly available in this component.
