This section contains comprehensive and detailed reports of calls. In each of these reports, you can use filtering capabilities and sorting based on column information to facilitate access to information and enhance report quality.

Report Formats in Simotel

1. Detailed Reports: These reports display events that have occurred in the system in detail, such as call details, surveys, and similar items.

2. Statistical Reports: These reports present information statistically, such as the activity statistics of internal users for the day, the system's incoming and outgoing rates, and similar metrics. This feature is available in the advanced reports section by enabling the "detailed report" option.
