Update

If a new update for the software has been released, it can be viewed and applied from this section.

Note: Please ensure that the server has internet access to check for updates or to perform updates.

Parameters of Update​

  • Check for Update: Clicking this button initiates a request to the central server. If a new update is available, the information will be sent back to the Call Center.

  • Upgrade to X: If a new update is available for the Call Center, this section allows you to start the update process.

  • Rollback to X: If you need to revert to the previous version for any reason after an update, this button allows you to restore the system to its state before the update.
