Groups

In this section, extensions are categorized into various groups (e.g., Sales, Support, etc.). These groups are used in reporting and can also define web access levels limited to group members.

Group Parameters

• Name: The name of the group.
• Users: Users who are members of this group.
• Voice Mails: Voicemail boxes associated with this group.
• Queues: Queues that belong to this group.
• Description: Descriptions related to the group.
• Details:
  • Remove: Used to delete the group.
  • Edit: Edit the user group.
