What is Component Api

When using the API components in DialPlan, they provide dynamic call management capabilities. With these components, you can establish an interaction between the web service and the Call Center, where your web service, based on the data received from the component (request) and the analysis of the current conditions, determines what response to send back to the component's request (response).
