Music On Hold

This section is responsible for managing the hold music in queues. In addition to viewing the existing hold music, you can also add, edit, or delete them.

Note

To add hold music to a queue, set the Music parameter in the queue settings to the name of the class created here.

To load hold music, a class must first be created. After creating the class, it becomes possible to load hold music into it.

Music On Hold Parameters​

  • Class Name: The name of the class where a group of music tracks are loaded.

  • File: The path to the hold music file.
