Announcements

The system messages used in the phone environment are defined in this section. It is also possible to modify or delete these messages.

Information

Unlike other PBX systems, Simotel supports a wide range of audio file formats. Some of the supported audio file formats include: wav, mp3, ogg, m4a, mp4, and more.

Announcements Parameters​

  • Name: The name of the announcement.

  • File: The path to the audio file.

  • Comments: Description of the announcement.

  • Search: Use this field to search based on all available information in the table.

  • Details:

    • Remove: Delete the existing record.
    • Edit: Edit the existing record.
    • Play: Play the audio file.
